5. Receiving of Imported / Local Raw Materials
5. Comprehensive Quality Inspection of all Materials & Accessories on “4 POINT SYSTEM” material inspection standard.
5. Rejected / Substandard materials / accessories return to suppliers.
5. The Passed Raw Material are then sent to the Cutting Department where cutting is carried out with the help of Approved Patterns. The panels of each garment & gloves are then numbered in order to ensure quality & eradicate mixing of different panels. Quality Inspectors check these numbered panels to validate the cutting quality ofgarments / gloves.
5. The Stitching Department receives the numbered panels, which are then stitched through a highly efficient & specialized Chain system. Strict measures are taken for assuring quality ateach step of the stitching process.

• Regular production of garments & gloves onlybegins once the first piece made has beenchecked and approved.
• Each relevant line-checker ensures 100%inspection of all garments & gloves.
 
FINISHING & QUALITY CHECKING

5. Stitched Garments & Globes are received at Finishing Department. Finishing of Garments & Gloves is carried out through various operations like buttoning, sewing, reverting, lining, ironing,trimming, polishing & touching.
5. The Finishing Department is one of the mostcrucial stages for ensuring production quality.

5. All garments & gloves are thoroughly checked from all aspects inclusive of leather, stitching,styling, fitting, accessories, & finish.
5. Any garment & glove found non-conforming to theset quality standards are sent back for rework.
5. TAGING / PACKING: For tagging / packing we follow international standards and customers requirements. We use imported “SUPPER DRY” to avoid MOLD problems in by sea deliveries.
